Audience targeting and segmentation

We decide who sees your ads before we decide what they say. Segments come from your own customer data, lookalike audiences and behavior, and we run them on Meta, Google Ads and programmatic display.

What we do

Segments from your data
Customer lists and site visitors grouped by what they bought, asked about or looked at.
Lookalike audiences
New people who resemble your best customers, built on Meta and Google from those segments.
Behavioral targeting
Interests and in-market signals, tested against each other rather than stacked together.
Retargeting windows
Different messages for someone who visited yesterday and someone who visited last month.
Cross-platform consistency
The same segment definitions on every platform, so results can be compared.

How we measure it

We compare segments on cost per acquisition, engagement and how many of their leads qualify. A segment that brings cheap leads nobody buys from gets cut.

Paid ads covers building and running the campaigns. Audience targeting is the part that decides who they reach, and it is usually where wasted spend hides.

Part of our work for logistics companies and B2B service firms.

Questions we get

How is this different from paid ads?

Paid ads is the campaign work: structure, bids, creative and budgets. Audience targeting is the list of people those campaigns reach. The same team runs both.
